| The
Hon. Philip 'Brave' Davis was born on 7th
June 1951 in Nassau Bahamas. He was educated
at The Eastern Junior and Senior Schools
and the Saint Johns College in Nassau. He
was called to the Bahamas Bar on 5th March
1975. Mr. Davis concluded articled of clerkship
with Mr. Charles Barnwell Esq. in the Chambers
of Wallace Whitfield & Barnwell. Mr.
Davis is highly considered as one of the
leading advocates in the Bahamas principally
in the areas of extradition, mutual legal
assistance, Commercial Litigation, criminal
and civil appellate matters. Mr. Davis practices
principally in the high court and all appellate
courts including the Privy Council. Additionally
Mr. Davis appears regularly before the Courts
of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
Mr.
Davis is very active in the civic life of
the Bahamas as he is currently the Member
of Parliament of Parliament for Cat Island
Rum Cay & San Salvador, a constituency
which he had represented on two prior occasions.
Mr. Davis is a former President of the Bahamas
Bar Association and Bar Council, former
Division Governor of Toastmasters, former
Vice President of the Bahamas Swim Federation,
former member of Council of Legal Education
and its Executive Committee as well as the
Academic Committee of the Norman Manley
Law School.

Philip McKenzie

McKenzie was born on the island of New Providence,
Bahamas. He was educated at the R.M. Bailey
Senior High School, Nassau and the University
of the West Indies Cave Hill, Barbados where
he graduated with the LLB (Hons.). He was
called to the Bahamas Bar on 4th April 1994.
Mr. McKenzie concluded articled of clerkship
with Miss Rhonda P Bain in the chambers
of Christie Davis & Co. and Rhonda Bain
& Co. Mr. McKenzie’s practice is heavily
commercial. He has responsibility for the
Commercial and Conveyancing Department of
the office as well as our Company Department.
Mr. Mckenzie is a member of the Bahamas
Bar Association, an active member of the
Bahamas Amateur Athletics Association.

Ian 'Ricardo'
Winder

| Ian
'Ricardo' Winder was born on the Island
of New Providence, Bahamas. He was educated
at Saint Johns College, The College of the
Bahamas in Nassau and the University of
the West Indies Cave Hill Barbados. He was
called to the Bahamas Bar on 12th May 1995.
Mr. Winder concluded articled of clerkship
with Mr. Bernard S.A. Turner Esq. in office
of the Attorney General, Nassau. Mr. Winder
is also a former Crown Counsel in the Attorney
General Office and as acted as Deputy Registrar
General of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
Mr. Winder practices principally in the
areas of civil litigation and has responsibility
for the operations of the Freeport office.
Mr. Winder practices in all Courts of the
Commonwealth and has appeared in the Privy
Council in London. Mr. Winder is the serving
Chairman of the Road Traffic Authority Board
and a member of the adjunct faculty of the
College of the Bahamas where he lectures
in Business Law. Mr. Winder also has memberships
in the Bahamas Bar Association, The International
Bar Association and The Bahamas Chess Federation

McIntosh was born on December 1st 1977 on
the island of Grand Bahama. She was educated
at St. Paul’s Methodist College in Freeport,
Bahamas, the College of The Bahamas, the
University of West Indies, Cave Hill Barbados
where she received her Bachelor of Laws
Degree. Ms McIntosh also attended the Eugene
Dupuch Law School in Nassau, Bahamas where
she obtained her Certificate of Legal Education.
Ms. McIntosh was called to the Bahamas Bar
on October 29th 2004. Ms. McIntosh presently
works at the Freeport branch of Davis &
Co. where she practices primarily in the
areas of Civil Litigation and Commercial
Law. Ms McIntosh is a member of the Bahamas
Bar Association and FIDA.

Miss Thamara
T. Saunders, Associate was born on the
Island of New Providence. She was educated
at Buckingham University (LLB Hons.) and
BBP Professional in London, England. She
was called to the Bahamas Bar on 30th
September 2005 and England & Wales
on 28th July 2005. Miss Saunders practices
principally in the area of corporate and
commercial law. Miss Saunders is a member
of the Bahamas Bar Association.
